They currently reside in Bonn, Germany and serve as the International Directors of RHEMA Europe, Middle East and Africa and RHEMA Germany. Max and Connie Girgenti have been married for 26 years and they have three daughters. They have been pastoring for 34 years, have planted four churches and direct three Bible schools. They are also the national directors of Rhema Italy and oversee a ministerial association with a membership of more than 50 ministers.
In July of 1994 they founded Good News Ministries, a non-profit missionary organization affiliated with C.F.C.M. (Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers), the organization with which Rev. Girgenti is ordained.

They are the Founders and Directors of CLUB1040 which has and continues to provide free missionary services to dozens of (short-term and long-term) missionaries. CLUB1040, under Matt & Julie's leadership, have printed and distributed tens of thousands of life giving books to Africa & the Middle East; and provided thousands of digital bibles in local dialects (Primarily Arabic) in the Middle East.

Joe Hernandez graduated from Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma, graduating from the Pastors’ class. Joe obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Church Leadership from Bethany University in Santa Cruz, California. He then went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Golden Gate Theological Seminary in San Francisco, California. Joe learned a Doctorate focusing on “Marriage Enrichment” from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been in full time ministry since March 1995. He has been graced to minister in churches all over the US and several countries in conferences, camps, crusades, conventions and dozens and dozens of congregations.
